Bee Gold offers honey and honey-and-nut products. Please review each product’s description, ingredients, size, and packaging information before purchasing.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings. Natural variations in honey’s color, flavor, and texture may occur between batches.

Please read the ingredient and allergen information on each product page and package, particularly if you have a food allergy. Some of our products contain nuts. If you have questions about a product’s ingredients, contact support@beegold.us before purchasing.

We may update product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities available for purchase. Changes will not reduce your rights concerning products already purchased.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may decline or cancel orders for reasons such as unavailable inventory, payment issues, suspected fraud, or a material pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any related charges.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because orders may be processed quickly, cancellation or address-change requests cannot always be accommodated. Contact support@beegold.us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the total before submitting your order.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change. Such changes do not alter the price of an order we have already accepted.

Promotions may have additional conditions, which will be disclosed with the offer. If a promotion’s terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion’s terms will govern that offer.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more. Shipping charges for orders below this amount are displayed at checkout.

Orders are dispatched the same day they are placed. Standard delivery is estimated to take 5–7 days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances may affect delivery. If we become aware of a material delay affecting your order, we will contact you and provide any options required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately.

If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, email support@beegold.us so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section limits our obligations under applicable law or our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of our Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements, is owned by Bee Gold or used with permission from its respective owners.
